Shipping Policy

We ship to the Continental United States from Kingston, NY. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days* for processing. Shipping within the US: 2-5 business days. We offer FREE US shipping on orders over $100; a flat rate fee of $6.00 will be applied on orders below $100.

International shipping is done via USPS for a flate rate fee of $25. Your order will arrive in approximately 5-15 business days after processing. Though not typical, international orders can sometimes be delayed due to customs. Paco & Lucia is not responsible for any additional customs fees.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Paco & Lucia purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipping date. You will receive a refund on the full cost of the item(s); a $6.00 fee will be deducted on US returns to cover shipping and restocking fees, and a $25 fee on international returns. Refunds will be made to the credit card used at the time of check out. Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition and with all their garment tags attached. Shipping costs and tracking of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Paco & Lucia is not responsible for lost returned items.

Sale items and those purchased with a coupon code are Final Sale and not eligible for returns.
